Davida Rakotomalala is a member of the Madagascar Diaspora, and a resident of the United States, living in Washington, DC. Davida has more than 20 years’ experience in the private sector in developing countries and holds a Master’s degree in Management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of University of Paris XXII Val de Marne France. He has also participated since 2003 in the design of incubators in the country including ICREA with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), and PIEVAK with the Region of Vakinankaratra. Mr. Rakotomalala has designed, planned and executed business and social strategies, and developed new market channels in French-speaking countries of Africa including Madagascar and Senegal. Davida has a deep knowledge of the private sector in Madagascar where he served as a Program manager, Consultant and Trainer in different institutions, organizations, and enterprises in Antananarivo, Antsirabe, Manakara, Mananjary, Taolagnaro, Nosybe, Mahajanga, Toamasina.
